Jack “Matt” Selig

A Southwest Florida developer, builder and investor focused on land acquisition, entitlement planning and waterfront residential construction.

Through Proudhouse Builders and related entities, Matt has sourced and traded thousands of lots, many of them off-market, for national homebuilders and investors, created affordable single-family residential (SFR) models adopted by institutional buyers, and delivered multiple custom and spec homes across Cape Coral and Port Charlotte.

He is currently co-developing a 43-unit project in Port Charlotte, building several lakefront and waterfront homes and operating a portfolio of short-term rentals. He manages four broker teams and seven general contractors.

Guido Leiendecker

Active in Florida real estate development and construction since the late 1990s.

Guido has founded and led multiple homebuilding and development companies that together have sold and/or built thousands of single-family homes, lots and townhome units across Cape Coral, Naples, St. Petersburg, Marco Island, Tampa Bay and other markets.

His background includes large production pipelines (with peak years exceeding 100 to 300 home contracts), high-end waterfront custom homes, bayfront townhome projects and large land positions sold to institutional buyers. His ownership of a manufacturing facility for kitchens, baths and closets further strengthens Proudhouse’s control over cost, quality and supply chain.

Project Coordinator & Zoning / Permitting Specialist

Travis Ramballie

A detail-oriented project coordinator with a Diploma in Architectural Technology from George Brown College.

Travis has managed dozens of custom and semi-custom home projects, coordinating clients, site staff, trades and municipal officials, and preparing complete permit packages in AutoCAD and Revit.

His experience with zoning by-laws, building codes and project management software strengthens Proudhouse’s day-to-day design coordination, permitting and client communication.

Karim Ismail

A development leader who has spent more than 30 years guiding projects through zoning, entitlements and complex structuring.

Karim oversees feasibility, approvals and owner’s-rep project management to ensure disciplined delivery across projects.

Legal Counsel & Governance

David C. Olesen

Three decades of experience in corporate, financial, construction and commercial law, including advisory roles for governments on finance and infrastructure.

David supports Proudhouse and BlueprintPAL with transaction structuring, documentation, governance and risk management.
