At Proudhouse Builders, we strive to create innovative communities and living spaces that enhance the enjoyment and lower the cost of living. Our vision is to lead the real estate development industry by setting new standards in professional quality and functional design that creates easy living and ownership.

Proudhouse Builders and its affiliated entities form a vertically integrated development and construction platform. Led by partners Jack “Matt” Selig and Guido Leiendecker, the group has been involved in acquiring, entitling, developing and/or building thousands of residential units and subdivision lots, and has participated in projects with an aggregate value in the multi-billion-dollar range.

Through strategic collaboration with BlueprintPAL Inc. on planning, project management and financial structuring, our team takes raw land through all entitlement phases with the highest and best site-planning approvals, while building the structures that make your dream a reality.

Planning, design and construction work together in-house, so every phase is built to be both buildable and financeable.

Our services

Land acquisition & entitlements
A rigorous site identification process secures high-yield land positions, sourced both on-market and off-market. Technical proficiency in rezonings, Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) and subdivision approvals helps unlock value in complex regulatory environments.
Master planning, design & engineering
Master site planning and schematic design for single-family communities, townhomes, luxury estate homes and mid-rise residential, with civil, structural, MEP and landscape consultants coordinated to produce buildable and financeable plans.
Horizontal site development
Raw land becomes finished pads: asphalt, concrete sidewalks, curbing and ADA-compliant pathways, along with erosion control, drainage and storm water work.
Vertical construction
Starter and move-up homes through Florida Star Homes and Waterline Homes, luxury waterfront and lakefront estates through Proudhouse Builders and its companies, and ground-up commercial and institutional builds. In-house manufacturing for cabinetry, kitchens, baths and closets supports quality control and predictable cash flow.
Specialized services & disaster recovery
A full-lifecycle response model for large-scale asset recovery, from mitigation and restoration through full-scale repair.

Leadership

Led by partners Jack “Matt” Selig and Guido Leiendecker

Matt focuses on land acquisition, entitlement planning and waterfront residential construction. Guido has been active in Florida development and homebuilding since the late 1990s. Together with Karim Ismail, Travis Ramballie and David C. Olesen, they form a hands-on development and construction team.
