Guido has been active in Florida real estate development and construction since the late 1990s. He has founded and led multiple homebuilding and development companies that, together, have sold and/or built thousands of single-family homes, lots and townhome units across Cape Coral, Naples, St. Petersburg, Marco Island, Tampa Bay and other markets. His background includes large production pipelines (with peak years exceeding 100–300 home contracts), high-end waterfront custom homes, bayfront townhome projects and large land positions sold to institutional buyers. Guido’s ownership of a manufacturing facility for kitchens, baths and closets further strengthens Proudhouse’ control over cost, quality and supply chain.
