Matt is a Southwest Florida developer, builder and investor focused on land acquisition, entitlement planning and waterfront residential construction. Through Proudhouse Builders and related entities, he has sourced and traded thousands of lots—many off-market—for national homebuilders and investors, created affordable SFR models adopted by institutional buyers, and delivered multiple custom and spec homes across Cape Coral and Port Charlotte. He is currently co-developing a 43-unit project in Port Charlotte, building several lakefront and waterfront homes, and operating a portfolio of short-term rentals, and manages four broker teams and seven general contractors.
